Most marketing arguments are really measurement arguments.
Analytics and attribution at InAdz means building the tracking that connects advertising spend to what happens afterwards, for businesses across Madhya Pradesh and India, including the outcomes that platforms cannot see on their own. When sales and marketing disagree about whether a campaign worked, the disagreement is almost always about what was counted.
Knowing what works
The tracking that connects spend to what happens afterwards, including the outcomes the platforms cannot see on their own.
Website and app events, including page views, forms and calls, captured with consent.
Web GTM passes consent-aware events to a first-party endpoint.
Server-side tagging validates, enriches and controls what goes out.
Filtered and deduplicated events reach GA4, Google Ads and the Meta Conversions API.
Where you record a qualified lead or sale in your CRM, the outcome and its value return securely using GCLID, click IDs and hashed first-party data.
What it involves
GA4 and Google Tag Manager implemented against a written measurement plan
Server-side tracking and consent handling where it is warranted
CRM integration, so an enquiry and what happened to it sit in the same place
Offline conversion import, so outcomes recorded in your system can reach the ad platforms
Call tracking, because in these sectors the serious enquiry is a phone call
One dashboard that the managing director and the marketing head both read
Where it applies
Real Estate & Retail
The booking happens offline and has to be sent back to the platforms.
Healthcare & Hospitals
Most enquiries arrive as phone calls, and they need splitting by department.
Education & Institutions
A confirmed seat lands weeks after the click, in a separate system.
Consumer & Food Brands
Website orders, quick commerce and offline retail read side by side.
What we report
Questions people ask
How do you track offline conversions from online ads?
You record the outcome against the enquiry in your CRM. We upload it back to Google and Meta as an offline conversion, and the platforms use it to find more of the same kind of enquiry.
Do we need a CRM before this is worth doing?
You need somewhere that outcomes are consistently written down. A proper CRM is best, a disciplined shared sheet works, and if neither exists we will say so before building tracking that has nowhere to report to.
What is GA4 and do we still need it?
It is Google’s current analytics platform and it is the only free source of joined-up site and campaign data. It needs configuring properly against what your business actually counts as a conversion; out of the box it measures very little that is useful.
What is server-side tagging?
Instead of every tag firing in the visitor’s browser, events are sent to a server you control, which validates and enriches them before passing them on. It improves data quality and gives you control over what leaves your site.
Is analytics setup a one-time project?
Mostly. The implementation has an end. What continues is a smaller maintenance commitment, because tracking breaks quietly whenever a website or CRM changes.
