Patient acquisition for hospitals, clinics and diagnostic chains.
InAdz runs patient-acquisition and reputation work for hospitals, clinics, diagnostic chains and specialist practices across Madhya Pradesh and India. Healthcare marketing works differently from other categories: patients research the doctor before they search the hospital, most enquiries arrive as phone calls rather than forms, departments have very different economics, and what may be said in an advertisement is closely regulated.
What is actually in the way
Trust is built before the search begins
Patients look up the doctor first. Consultant profiles and factual information carry more weight than advertising.
Advertising is closely regulated
Claims, imagery and targeting are all restricted, by the NMC guidelines and separately by the platforms’ own healthcare policies.
Department-level economics
Cardiology, orthopaedics and maternity have very different acquisition costs. Blended reporting makes budget allocation guesswork.
The enquiry is a phone call
Most healthcare demand converts by phone. An untracked call is untracked marketing.
Who this is for
Multi-speciality hospitals
Department-level budgets, because one blended acquisition cost tells you nothing useful.
Single-speciality hospitals
A narrow, high-intent demand pool where the consultant is the brand.
Clinics and polyclinics
Tight catchment, decided largely on location, availability and local search.
Diagnostic chains
High volume, low ticket, decided on proximity and convenience.
Rehabilitation and step-down care
A family decision taken under pressure, where clarity of information matters more than persuasion.
Specialist and super-speciality practices
Referral-led, with the consultant’s own name doing most of the work.
Who you are actually talking to
Most patients arrive one of two ways. One route is a search, the other is a referral.
The decision moves this way
- PatientSearches What is wrong, and who treats it?
- Family memberResearches Is this consultant qualified for this?
The other way in
- Referring doctorRefers directly Will my patient be looked after here?
How we work
Three stages, run in order. Each one earns the next.
Build the information layer
Consultant profiles with qualifications and registration details. Department, facility and accreditation pages. Condition and procedure content written to inform. Schema markup so the information is machine-readable.
Own the local search
Google Business Profile accuracy per location, local SEO, and listings kept current across the platforms patients actually use.
Track the call
Call tracking by department, campaign-level reporting by speciality, and conversion import where you choose to share outcome data back.
Working within the NMC guidelines
The National Medical Commission’s guidelines on ethical advertising and public communication, issued in October 2026, set out what hospitals, medical institutions and registered practitioners may publish. Every healthcare campaign we run is built to sit inside them.
What we build campaigns on
- Consultant directories with qualifications and registration details
- Department, speciality, facility and accreditation information
- Condition and procedure content written to inform
- Transparent publication of charges
- Accurate local listings, location by location
- Call tracking and department-level reporting
- Scientific and educational communication, with consent and anonymisation
What stays out of the work
- Patient testimonials, success stories and before-and-after imagery
- Superiority and guarantee claims
- Solicited patient reviews
- Promotional discounts, free tests and referral inducements
- Undisclosed AI-generated material
Where a client is unsure whether something falls inside the guidelines, we flag it and the client’s own compliance adviser decides. We work to that decision.
What we report
What you can share back, if you choose to
Which enquiries became appointments. Where you share it, we send it back as an offline conversion so campaigns optimise toward the departments and enquiry types you want more of.
What we work within
Questions people ask
Can hospitals advertise on Google and Meta in India?
Yes, within the NMC guidelines and the platforms’ own healthcare policies. Campaigns built on department, condition and consultant information work well; testimonials, before-and-after imagery, superiority claims and discount offers are not permitted.
What do the NMC advertising guidelines allow a hospital to publish?
Factual, verifiable information about facilities, departments, specialities, services, accreditation and charges, including a directory of doctors with their qualifications and registration details. Promotional material using patient testimonials, before-and-after images or superiority claims is restricted.
How do hospitals track enquiries from digital campaigns?
Mostly through call tracking, because most healthcare enquiries arrive by phone. Each department or campaign gets its own tracked number, so you can see which specialities the spend is actually producing enquiries for.
How is marketing a diagnostic chain different from a hospital?
Diagnostics is high volume and low ticket, decided mainly on location and convenience, so local search and listings carry most of it. A multi-speciality hospital needs department-level campaigns and budgets.
Do you work with hospitals outside Indore?
Yes, across Madhya Pradesh including Dewas, Ujjain, Bhopal and Jabalpur. For multi-location groups we manage Google Business Profile and listings location by location.
